  1. Petto di tacchino tagliato in cubetti
  2. Uova
  3. Farina
  4. Mandorle a fettine.
  5. Aceto balsamico
  6. Sale e pepe
  7. Rosmarino, salvia, timo.
  8. Olio EVO.

In English:

“Breaded turkey breast”

I love turkey breast expecially when it is breaded with almonds.

  1. Turkey breast reduced into cubes
  2. Eggs
  3. Flour
  4. Sliced almonds
  5. Balsamic vinegar
  6. Salt, pepper
  7. Rosemary, thyme sage
  8. Extra virgin olive oil.

Take the cubes of turkey and marinate them in oil and balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes. In the meanwhile grind rosemary, thyme and sage and mix with flour. Take the turkey, wipe it and pass it in the flour, then in the egg, flour , egg and in the end in sliced almonds. Fry it in olive oil and serve warm with a fresh salad.

@3 hungry tummies: yes, it's crunchy and juicy at the same time.
@claudia: grazie.
@ gulmohar: :o)
